Fidelo is a small service run from Budapest. This page says what we collect, why, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

• Demo requests. If you fill in the form, we keep your name, business name, Instagram or website, and the email or phone you gave us, so we can build and send your demo. That is the only reason we use it.
• Outreach. When we contact a business first, we use publicly listed business information only (name, public profile, business contact) and delete it if you ask or don't reply.
• Site analytics. We count page views and button clicks without cookies and without identifying you. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and our own event log, which stores the type of device and the page, not who you are.
• Wallet cards. A loyalty card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet holds a card number and the stamp count. It holds no name, email or phone. Apple and Google process the pass under their own privacy terms.
• Demo pages. Personalised demo pages are not indexed by search engines. Opening one records that the link was opened and whether the card was added, tied to the business the demo was made for.

Where it lives

Everything runs on Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2). Nothing is sold, shared or used for advertising.

How long

Demo request and outreach records are kept while we're in conversation and deleted twelve months after the last contact at the latest. Analytics events are kept for up to two years, without personal data.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you or your business, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@getfidelo.co and we'll do it by hand, usually the same day. Under the GDPR you may also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH).
